Processing begins after payment verification. All timelines exclude weekends/holidays.

US DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS

• Driada Medical: 5-10 business days – EU TO EU

• Imperia Labs: 5-7 business days – EU TO EU

• Hilma Biocare: 10-12 business days – EU TO EU

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

II. Core Shipping Policies

1. Tracking Numbers: Your tracking number will be delivered within 3-4 business days after payment confirmation. Note that processing times may vary by brand

2. Packaging: Discreet, secure, and tamper-evident

3. Product Substitution: If inventory is depleted, equivalent dosage/quality substitutes will ship automatically

4. Address Responsibility: Shipments sent only to provided addresses; we're not liable for errors

5. International Orders:

   • Allow 4+ weeks before reporting non-delivery

   • Customs seizures require immediate submission of seizure letter + new address for free reship

   • No reships to: Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Sweden, Finland, Denmark, South Korea, Philippines, Switzerland

• Standard Shipping Cost: $35 flat rate

• Delivery Estimates:

  • US Domestic: 5-8 business days

  • International: 12-17 business days

• Success Rates:

  • 100% to Europe & USA

  • 80% to Canada

  • Reliable delivery to UAE (5-10 days) & South Africa (10-15 days)

IV. Additional Fees

• Multi-Warehouse Surcharge: $20 for orders combining brands from different warehouses

• Shipping Insurance:

  • Optional: 10% of order value

  • Covers loss/damage with unlimited reships

  • Excluded Countries: Australia, Canada, NZ, Sweden, Finland, Norway, Denmark, Netherlands, North/South Korea, Philippines
